Return Policy

There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns. All returns must take place within three days of delivery. Returns must be in new, and in unassembled condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and prior shipping cost is non-refundable.

Shipping

All packages are shipped within 48 hours. Packages are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise advised by customer. UPS Ground usually takes 5-7 Business days. Customers pay exact shipping cost. We will pay for the package to be insured. For international orders, pick up, or personal shipping methods please contact sales@pacificplanes.com and we will arrange that for you.
